text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Lo abbiamo sperimentato con successo di recente, organizzando un progetto basato come impianto su una caccia al tesoro, arricchita però dall’uso di tecnologie di geolocalizzazione e di scambio di informazioni proprio attraverso l’uso di Ipad e Iphone. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;I partecipanti, immersi nell’atmosfera di un castello medievale, dovevano ricercare alcune tracce necessarie per risolvere un mistero, la ricerca concordata con un Misterioso Alleati collegato ai gruppi proprio tramite IPad, si svolgeva sia all’interno che nell’ampio  parco del maniero; le informazioni utili per condurre l’inchiesta venivano inviate in tempi e luoghi prefissati, in base anche al superamento delle prove precedenti,  proprio grazie alle App come messaggi, skype, mail sugli Ipad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Il castello aveva già una copertura wi-fi, ma per noi è stato importante realizzare la copertura internet anche all’esterno, in alcune zone del parco, e abbiamo provveduto attraverso i comuni router mobili che ci consentivano anche di disabilitare la connessione quando nell’organizzazione del gioco ci sembrava  necessario lavorare e ricercare senza l’aiuto esterno di indizi raccolti tramite web. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Inoltre, una parte di attività si è svolta risolvendo una serie di minigiochi presi proprio da App rintracciabili su ITunes; il criterio con cui abbiamo scelto i giochi è che potessero essere giocati anche squadra contro squadra e che fossero  coerenti con il resto dell’impianto della caccia al tesoro, ma soprattutto che fossero utili a creare metafore aziendali da sfruttare poi nella fase conclusiva e di commento (de briefing). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Un risultato davvero molto interessante che ha entusiasmato i partecipanti, rendendo intrigante il gioco come difficilmente si può fare senza l’utilizzo della tecnologia mobile. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; Spiegare in modo chiaro che il lavoro in team è una dinamica molto importante e profittevole per tutti, diventa il fattore chiave di successo fondamentale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La consulenza di una società di team building, che affianchi l’azienda in questo delicato compito, è lo strumento migliore per tornare a generare fiducia nell'esperienza del gruppo, come risorsa per essere maggiormente creativi, efficienti e per rendere più stimolante il lavoro stesso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nella fase iniziale (de-costruttiva), il programma di team building deve far emergere le obiezioni di partenza. I partecipanti arriveranno convinti che nel loro gruppo&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Uno o più membri non "facciano la loro parte" o si sottraggano completamente dai loro compiti &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Una persona tende a dominare e a rendere subordinato il lavoro di tutti gli altri&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Ci siano scarse capacità di ascolto e poca volontà di capire gli altri&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nella fase di sviluppo del progetto (ri-costruttiva) il team building deve riportare la fiducia nel lavoro di gruppo attraverso una serie di attività tra il formativo e il ludico che servano a comunicare e a far condividere le risposte a queste domande:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Perché è stato costruita la squadra? Che in una attività tutti indossino la stessa maglietta non basta a trasformare un gruppo di persone in una squadra affiatata. &lt;br /&gt;Si possono fare tante attività ludiche o formative durante un team building aziendale, ma di per sè non sono i giochi o le attività a creare un team. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ho conosciuto molte aziende che avevano già provato programmi di Team Building, ricordandoli come un fallimento: "Abbiamo provato di tutto, ma non certo il modo di lavorare insieme!" &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ma quando e perchè un Team Building non funziona?&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Quando, per primo, non ci crede proprio chi lo vuole inserire nella convention aziendale! Quando chiediamo a chi ci contatta per l'organizzazione di un team building il motivo per cui vogliono organizzare una attività motivazionale, quante volte ci sentiamo rispondere "bah, per stare un po’ insieme, per fare squadra…"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se partiamo da questi presupposti, come si può pensare di agire in modo effettivo sulle esigenze del team, come colmare le lacune del lavoro in team? Nel Team Building giocheranno insieme, faranno pittura, affronteranno un percorso avventura, o cucineranno una splendida cena aziendale, ma il giorno dopo torneranno in ufficio e i problemi saranno sempre li.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;C’è qualcosa di peggio? Certo! Il colmo è quando i clienti ci dicono che all'interno del meeting aziendale, prima della attività di Team Building, è previsto anche un intervento di un formatore. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alla nostra richiesta di poter concordare con il formatore i contenuti in aula con quelli del team building, per coordinare il lavoro ed essere più efficaci, talvolta la risposta è evasiva o negativa: "No, non c’è bisogno". come non ce n'è bisogno?? No comment… &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Se la pensate così anche voi, noi di TeamBuilding 2.0 vi consigliamo di non investire in modo sbagliato: una bella partita di pallone o una gita con degustazione, dopo l’aula vanno benissimo! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fortunatamente non è sempre così, spesso, conoscendo la nostra esperienza organizzativa ci chiedono solo di giocare, di staccare la spina, ma vogliono farlo con chi sa cosa fargli fare, senza scelte al buio. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Altre volte si lavora combinando i metodi in funzione al problema da affrontare, del target dei partecipanti, delle esigenze del management e delle loro, del contesto in cui lavorano. E qui arriva il bello per noi team builder, perchè ci consentono di "entrare" davvero in azienda, ci danno le "password emozionali" con cui riuscire a far cadere le resistenze e le difese dei partecipanti, coinvolgendoli con interventi mirati e dinamici. Solo quando i partecipanti hanno acquistato fiducia in loro stessi, negli altri e nel trainer comincia il vero team building.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se non avete nessuna fiducia nei team building, se un’esperienza vi è andata male, scrivetemi. Ogni telefono ha una  connessione continua con il server dell’organizzazione che guida  l'intero gioco per gestire le comunicazioni e le informazioni con i Team  al fine di rendere tutto più interattivo ed eccitante, facendo sì che  le mosse di ogni squadra abbiano conseguenze immediate sugli altri Team  dislocati in diversi punti del territorio! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;The Target&lt;/b&gt; location based game, adatto anche per i team building aziendali, agiocato in tutta Europa e ora distribuito anche in Italia da &lt;a href="http://www.sunnyway.it/sunnyway-team-building-the-target.php"&gt;Sunnyway per Roma&lt;/a&gt; e da &lt;a href="http://www.2bsmart.it/italiano/interno.asp?IDMENU=3&amp;amp;IDSUB01=50&amp;amp;IDSUB02=163"&gt;2bSMART per Milano&lt;/a&gt;.è un gioco d’inseguimento unico al mondo. In The target un  prigioniero pericoloso è appena scappato dal carcere. Terrorizza la  città perché un suo committente paga per ogni crimine che lui commette.   &lt;br /&gt;Tre  squadre di polizia sono state inviate per catturarlo prima che guadagni  1.000.000 di euro e lasci la città.   Per riuscire a commettere i  crimini il gangster deve rubare oggetti (virtuali) sparsi nella città:  un coltello, una scala a corde, esplosivi, ecc... &lt;/span&gt;in modo guidato i partecipanti a dosare il loro desiderio di farsi coinvolgere e di emergere, con la necessità di lavorare in team per raggiungere gli obiettivi di squadra.&lt;br /&gt;Quando cioè i singoli partecipanti diventano il motore positivo della squadra affinché come gruppo si lavori molto meglio e in maniera più efficiente che da soli. Il team building formativo deve infatti, a nostro modo di vedere,&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;sottolineare questo aspetto chiave: l’insieme del &lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;lavoro coordinato e collaborativo di tutti i partecipanti&lt;/b&gt;
